Visit Types
Whether you want to focus on your own Health & Wellness, get ready for and recover from an injury or surgery, or simply just bring some movement education to your group there is an option for you! And with direct access, you don't even need a prescription to get started!
One-on-One Care
My one-on-one practice is all about integrating my treatment into your natural environment. I want to witness you doing the things that make you “YOU”.
This is a great option if you are recovering from an injury or surgery OR if you just want to get rid of some of those aches and pains.
I do a full, evidence-based systems review to get a complete idea of how your body is working from both a structural and motor control perspective. This allows me to get an in-depth view of what makes your body unique and how I can help rehab and limit your injuries.
My goal is to make you the person you want to be!
Pre and Post surgery
Collaborating with your surgeon, I provide a mindful approach to prepare you before and after surgery.
Pre-surgery treatments include physical and environmental preparations. This gets you as ready for surgery as possible to make your transition home seamless.
Post-surgical visits are designed to keep progress and safety on track until the you are ready to attend an outpatient clinic or continue with my one-on-one patient care.
I want to make sure your “big day” is as stress-free as possible!
Group Education
Group Education is about understanding the benefits of preventive care. This is perfect for busy corporate environments, sports teams, fitness communities, or specialty groups who need a refresh on healthy postures and movement patterns. We can build a program that is specific to your team at a location that’s convenient for you. As a group we can make small adjustments that can lead to a healthier lifestyle and community culture.
